2016 End of Year Sale

Here are the answers to the most common questions we've been receiving.

1. If you have a current annual plan and you purchase a new one, one year will be added to your current expiration date. For example, if your current expiration date is 2/1/17 and you renew your plan today, your new expiration date will be 2/1/18.

2. The 50% off promotion code will not work on our gift certificates. If you would like to purchase an annual plan as a gift, you can do it using your account. Then send an email to support@thefresh20.zendesk.com that includes the name and email address of the recipient. We will set up their account and move the plan you purchased into it.

3. If you have a 1-month or 3-month plan and you just purchased an annual plan, you will need to cancel your 1-month or 3-month plan by filling out this form: https://oq209.infusionsoft.com/app/form/cancel-subscription.

3. If you had an expired plan and just purchased a new one, our system will start your new subscription when your last one ended. Please send an email to support@thefresh20.zendesk.com so we can adjust your expiration date. If you have an existing account you will not automatically receive your login information.
