Why can't I download my menus?

  1. Your account may have expired. You can find your Access End Date by clicking Members on the navigation bar, then My Dashboard.
    1. Monthly and quarterly subscribers will not have access to the menus after their subscription has ended. It is the member’s responsibility to save or print the plans while their subscription is active.
    2. Annual members will not have access to the menus or the archives after their membership has ended. It is the member’s responsibility to save or print the plans while their membership is active.
  2. Your account may have been locked. Each subscription is to be used for one household. Our system is designed to track IP address usage and will accommodate logins from two IP addresses (home and office, for example). It will automatically lock your account if it detects more than two IP addresses. Please submit a ticket to customer service if your account has been locked.
